This talk will give a brief introduction to drug delivery and complex medicines such as nanomedicines can be used to enable delivery of various medicines. It will focus on how nanomedicines can be used to improve therapeutic index, a key challenge for a significant number of drug candidates. It will describe the design and pharmaceutical development of a drug dendrimer conjugate to improve the therapeutic index of an Oncology drug.
