Profile of Dr Laura Calo

Laura obtained her PhD in Neuroscience in 2002 at the University of Cambridge, UK. She worked for 10 years as a senior research associate at the University of Cambridge/Dementia Research Institute (DRI) and collaborated with big pharma companies to develop new drugs for neurodegenerative diseases. Laura has extensive experience in developing functional assays and iPSC-based models of neurodegenerative diseases.
